Hi, I’m Virginie.

Grey Fox Organising was created from a simple idea: a calmer home can make everyday life feel a little easier.

As a French-Canadian now happily settled in Queenstown, I bring a practical, creative and resourceful approach to home organisation.

I don’t believe in organising for the sake of making things look perfect. I believe in creating functional spaces and clever systems that work for the people who live there.

Whether you’re tackling clutter, downsizing, preparing for a move or settling into a new home, I’ll work alongside you to make the process feel manageable.

No judgement. No pressure. Just practical help and a little more calm.

My Experience

Organisation has been a big part of my career long before Grey Fox.

I began in event planning in Tremblant, Canada, managing a wide range of projects before moving into a Key Account Manager role with Nespresso in Singapore.

After settling in Queenstown, I spent 10+ years in administration and accounts for a local production company, as well as working on major Queenstown events.

Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: keeping people, details and moving parts organised — and finding solutions when things don’t go to plan.

It’s experience I now bring into Grey Fox, along with a practical eye for detail, resourcefulness and a genuine love of creating order from complexity.
